For building supply, trade suppliers and contractors

Your inbox. Sorted.

Mailthy reads every enquiry, categorizes it, hands it to the right person and pulls out material, quantity and dates. The reply and the quote are already prepared, your team just reviews and sends.

No sign-up. No contract, no credit card.

The problem

Sixty requests a day. Every one needs reading.

Quote requests, questions about running jobs, supplier ads and newsletters all land in the same list. Whoever looks first decides who deals with it. Enquiries missing a detail sit there, because chasing it up is work. And on Monday morning there are two hundred of them.

Tailored

Built around your inbox

Mailthy works with your terms, not a template. Categories, the people responsible and the details Mailthy should pull out are set up around your business.

  • Your categories
  • Your team
  • Your assignment rules
  • Your fields
  • Your tone in replies
  • Your projects

And there's more

Newsletters drop out

Ads and newsletters are filtered out quietly instead of filling the list.

Attachments are read

Bid packages and plans in PDF feed into the analysis.

Completeness checked

Missing details are asked for in one go, not in three separate emails.

No enquiry gets lost

If an email cannot be analysed, it goes to a separate list and can be run again.

Complaints with deadlines

Complaints become a case with a deadline, forwarding to the supplier takes one click.

Fraud alerts

New bank details, look-alike domains or a wrong sender are flagged right away.

Any language

Emails in other languages are detected and translated, the reply goes out in the customer's language.

Learns your style

Mailthy learns your tone from sent replies. Snippets and your company knowledge go into every draft.

Quote follow-ups

No answer after five business days? A friendly follow-up is ready to send.

Built for teams

Comments with @name, snooze until a date and cover while someone is away.

Replies from Outlook count

Answer straight from Outlook or Gmail and Mailthy still checks the request off.

Notifications on your phone

Urgent new requests show up on your phone or desktop, even when Mailthy is closed.

How it works

Three steps to get going

  1. 1

    Connect your mailbox

Connect your existing mailbox, whether Microsoft 365, Gmail or IMAP. No new address, nothing changes for your customers.

  2. 2

    Set your categories and people

You describe the kinds of enquiry you get and who handles what. We go through it together and I set everything up for you. You can change it any time later.

  3. 3

Carry on as before, only sorted

From the next email on, the analysis runs alongside. Your team works in Mailthy or stays in the mailbox, whichever they prefer.

Privacy

Where your data lives

Database in Frankfurt

Your emails and everything derived from them sit in a data centre in Frankfurt, separated from every other company's data. Only for the AI analysis is an email's content sent to OpenAI in the USA; the privacy policy has the details.

No training on your data

The language models used do not learn from your correspondence. That is contractually agreed, not just promised.

You stay in control

You decide which replies wait for your approval and which ones Mailthy may send automatically.

Processing agreement ready

You conclude the Article 28 GDPR agreement directly in Mailthy at your first sign-in, including the list of subprocessors and the technical measures. On request we send it to you for review beforehand.

Read the privacy policy

See it on your own enquiries

Tell me briefly what clogs up your mailbox. I will set up a demo with your categories and show you in twenty minutes what comes out.
